Financial Analyst

Role Description

• Full-time, on-site Financial Analyst position based in Athens
• Support financial planning and budgeting processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Assist with financial reporting activities
• Conduct financial and data analysis
• Collaborate closely with the Financial Director, the Accounting Department, and the Company’s Management

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with financial analysis software/tools
• Knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping processes, accounting records, and financial controls
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
• Strong foundation in finance and financial planning principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience (1–3 years) in audit firms is preferred
• Relevant experience (1–3 years) in financial analysis is considered a plus
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High motivation, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset
